Refund and Returns Policy

At Canada-Overland.com, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@canada-overland.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@canada-overland.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@canada-overland.com to arrange the exchange.

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
